Please note that strollers must not be taken into any garden, and children must at all times be accompanied by an adult. We would ask, too, that you please keep a close eye on your children as it is very easy for plants to be damaged. Dogs or other animals are not permitted to enter any garden. Visitors to gardens must stay on paths at all times and keep out of areas marked 'out of bounds'.

How to get from garden to garden
There is a Festival Bus available everyday from 9.30 am until the close of gardens at 4.30 pm. The bus follows a set route and stops at designated locations close to each garden throughout the day. On the two weekends of the Festival (30 September-1-2 October and 7-8 October) which are the busiest times, two buses will be running to ensure our visitors can comfortably access all gardens. These buses will be evenly spread to minimise time delays.
The cost of an all day bus ticket is $5 per person during the week days of the Festival and $10 per person during the weekends. No charge for visitors under 16 years of age.
It is possible to walk between some gardens but others are further apart (refer to map).
